Curtis is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas and the Bar of the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern District of Texas. Prior to becoming an attorney, Curtis worked for the Governor of the State of Texas, the Lt. Governor of the State of Texas, the Bexar County District Attorney's Office and the Texas Office of the Attorney General. His primary practice areas include Criminal Defense, Family Law and Personal Injury.
